The "Murphy-Meadows" Duo
Gene Murphy and Rick Meadows have been playing music together since the formation of the Gospel Blues Band "The Knitting Club" in 2006. Both Rick and Gene are veterans of the old school of "Rock and roll" music scene that was popular from the 1970s to the 1990s.
Gene has been writing and recording since 1981.
Rick's creative guitar embellishment of the songs provides an emotional roller coaster where moods and atmospheres color the true-life stories, opening the listeners' hearts.
